FAQ – How to Order in Our Shop

1. How can I place an order? Orders can be placed directly on our website. Select the product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete the order.
2. Do I need an account to order? No, you can also order as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and access your order history.
3. What payment methods are available? See here: Payment Methods
4. Can I modify my order after placing it? If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may no longer be possible after the order has been shipped.
5. How long does order processing take? Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method.

7. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track the shipment with the carrier.
